This introductory course is designed for people who are keen to understand if they would like to pursue a career in the tea industry, those in the industry without any formal training or anyone with a general interest in tea. The basic course provides an introduction into modern tea drinking culture enabling the student to firmly understand why consumer trends in tea are changing. This course is very interactive and will enable the student to confidently prepare tea in any environment at a consistently high level. The candidates will learn:

No previous experience is required to attend this course. Candidates will be assessed through a practical exam.
